To add my opinion to matters, I don't like Bakura/Ryou genderbending either.

Although, Von Lauder has raised a point. And I must say that Yami AMrik genderbending would be somewhat amusing, or at least it is in my mind.

I read this one fic where Bakura uses the millenium ring and shadow magic to be able to get Ryou pregnant.

How to get it out? Thats what im wondering.

I read a good m-preg fic once, but it was an Inuyasha fanfic.

But yeah...out of curiosity, I searched for some mpreg fics. The massive amounts of fail that presently assaulted my eyes made me die a little bit inside. Ryou getting the Thief King pregnant, Malik getting Yugi pregnant, Yami and Bakura BOTH getting Yugi pregnant....

Bleargh. DX
