No... Green pill makes you immortal because you can just shapeshift a younger body. I probably should have said 'ageless' but really, when you can regenerate any wound practically instantly, immortal is the better word.

I would actually rank the pills like this.
God Tier Yellow pill - (The use of this ability is just too strong. Almost anything can be accomplished with this.) Tier 1 Pink pill - (Never doubt the power of love. Anyone will do just about anything for someone they love.) Blue pill - (Instatransmission is quite helpfull for getting around and doing nefarious deeds.) Black pill - (This power is very limited to the fact that you can only see the future. It may very well be bumped down a tier due to this. And also the fact that looking into the future has it's flaws. Are you rapidly glimpsing through the future like a fast forwards button? Or must you see the future frame for frame like everyday living. Meaning you do not get to see much as much as they do in movies and super hero shows) Orange pill - Mastering any ability gives meaning to jack of all trades. Meaning you can do anything any other human can do but better making you the best human in the world. Still outclassed still by the yellow pill though) Tier 2 Grey pill - (The ability to control machines is pretty powerfull in this day and age. But the power is limited by the fact that you may only control machines that are already built. So no evil empire unless the empire was already built) Red pill - (The fact that you do not live forever makes me believe the pill is flawed. Super regeneration without immortality means that you are using your cells to regenerate at rapid rates thus a short lived life. Or your just defying the laws of science.) Trash tier = 3 Green pill - (Probably the worst pill of them all. The ability to transform into an animal is so weak. Humans hunt you and animals hunt you now -.-) And that's how I would rank them. orange doesn't sound like a one-time use to me, since it DOES say "instantly master any skill" which i take to mean you instantly master literally any skill you see

Oi, you forgot like half of the Grey pill's ability, you can give off powerful electrical discharges by touch, in short LIGHTNING FINGERS BWUAHAHAHAHAHA.

I would like to point out that Pink loses a lot of utility when faced with a lack of other humans.
Yellow loses utility as well, if to a lesser extent, and that only assuming that the structures of human society and, more specifically, our pictures remain. The others... not so much.

Simply put almost all of the powers have some limit or drawback to them. But so is the life of having a power. Imagine if you could not turn your super strength off? You would have to train your emotions along with gauging your power.
The power to shut off a mind is still a very powerfull thing. I would not mind closing myself off in a gated house for the ability to control the world with a picture or a face. The only limit to this power would be the lack of a picture or memory or something. But the probability of this is very slim. If no one knew you had this power you would become a very powerfull person. Plus you have to look at society as a whole right now. As our society grows so will pictures. The introduction of the media only means pictures will be here for years and years. Decades/centuries if we progress as we have. Pink is limited by humans. But let's be honest here. We come into contact each and every day with people. The power to touch and have them become infatuated with you is a very powerfull tool. Now I am not assuming their infatuation where they want to keep you and hold you forever and forever. If so this power is more a curse. I'm merely looking at these power's from a simple point of view. and the grey pill is barbaric with the emitting electric EMP's and what not. It is still limited to machinery. And that YOU have to be there to do it. Therefore you able to get to your destination and you put yourself in danger in the long run. You would need to recharge most likely. I still believe yellow is the most powerfull. The ability to put someone in a comatose state far trumps the other pills. The only other power that comes close to yellow. But that is a case of did the black pill get his power before the yellow pill along with what I already stated. When I think of being able to look into the future. I believe you have to put yourself in the events of the future to be able to see what is going on. Thus meaning you give up some of your life in order to look into the future. Now if we think of the black pill as a dream like pill. Where you see thousands of strands of the future like a dream would do then this pill would go into god tier. Still under yellow pill because of the contraint of not being able to see the past. Also you would need to know what to search for like a library. The future does not come to you. You can only search for what you want to know like a library. Thus meaning if yellow pill put's you in a comatose state. If you did not know who had the yellow pill you would have to play detective work to see how it happend.
