With the announcement of Starter Deck: Marik, LK could do a video of Marik talking about it (maybe convene the Evil Council just to brag about it), maybe a parody video of those videos of people opening packs, but it would be Marik buying, opening, and going through his own deck.

Melvin's Evil Council of Doom.
The premises? Marik & Bakura have disappeared. Melvin takes over. Melvin recruits his old pals at 4kids to join (Big Five & Noa). Pegasus brings in the hair guy. Rex & Weevil join Dartz's Council. Mai's at Dartz's. Zigfried is at Dartz's. Gozzieburo joins up with Dartz for the lulz. Johnny Steps is there too. Lookin' for friends. Which he doesn't find! It ends with an epic flash showdown between the councils and Melvin stabbing Dan Green in the eye socket. ... But seriously. Do something with new villains and the council. Jump the shark with it. Run wild. Make it like a Godzilla movie.

In that episode where Joey passes out after his battle with Yami Marik (Melvin), we see Yugi on his hands and knees crying. I would like to hear Yugi say, "Joey can't die. He's the comic relief. This is The Princess and The Frog all over again."
When Tea duels Crump, I'd like to see one of his cards of the Penguins from "Madagascar." Also one of the Shia La Bouf penguin from "Surf's Up." when Yami is facing Raphael, Yami should ask him how he got his name and Raphael says, "My mother was a big fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." I had a crazy idea for the last season the other day. I thought it would be awesome if Bakura was finally hatching his epic scheme for becoming the main character of "Yu-Gi-Oh", but Zorc wants to win him back to "Zorc and Pals" and try to get the show back up again. And Zorc is willing to do anything to win him back. Or vise versa.
Like I said, a really random idea...

Use more Futurama references!
For example, the whole of season five could be spread out with references from the most recent episode of Futurama, "The Late Phillip J. Fry." While Yami is being sent 3,000 years into the past, he could see flashbacks to previous episodes, one of them being the duel between Rex and Joey, and therein lies the reference to the following quote: Fry: I'm gonna grab another beer. (Leans into Bender's chest cavity and rummages around for a bit) Bender (O.S.): Fry! Fry! You're missin' the dinosaurs! Fry(Head tilted): Relax, they're not going anywhere. (Fry stands up with a can of beer, pops open the tab, and has a surprised expression on his face) Fry(Con't): Hey, where'd they all go? The Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged version can go like this: Int./Ext.: Time/Space: Yami: Huh. I wonder what all these moving images flying past me are like. They kinda look like television sets. Oh, God, don't tell me that we're gonna do another flashback episode. (Sighs) Might as well. Got nothing better to do in this f(bleep)ing place anyway. Say, didn't that screen just show an image of the duel between Joey and Rex? Ext. Duelist Kingdom: Yami and Yugi are on the sidelines and look bored out of their minds. Yugi: This duel is BOORING. I'm going to go back inside the Puzzle for a little bit, 'kay, Pharaoh? Yami: Okay. I'll let you know if anything interesting happens. And if you touch any of my stuff you are effing dead! You hear me? DEAD! Yugi: OKAY! GEEZ! Yugi then fades into the Millennium Puzzle. Rex: (Chuckles slowly) I summon my Two-Headed King Rex. It's like, your move, or something? Yami: Yugi! Yugi! Come quick! You're missing the dinosaurs! CUT TO: A close up of the Millennium Puzzle. Yugi: Relax, they're not going anywhere. Cut to: Joey Wheeler. Joey: Time Roulette, Go! A MASSIVE EXPLOSION is heard. Rex (Chuckles slowly): Dammit, this sucks. Cut to: A close up of the Millennium Puzzle. Yugi: Hey, where'd they all go? Fade to: Int./Ext.: Space/Time. Yami: Huh. lol ok, im like fresh and new on the forums but im just gonna post my idea i had in a dif forum before i found this one:
"omg i just say he should start some side episodes with the deck master kuriboh with the perfect hair forever voice (btw best show ever!) like he did with the zork and pals, it will have, of course kuriboh, and have yugi as his translator. the show will be about kuriboh taking with, maybe the minor characters in the series, or some random guest stars xD " i say its a descent idea for first time thinking :P

Somewhere around Naruto episode 142-147, Mizuki turns in to a big tiger man. A furry joke would be great. Or, as my brother and I first thought...
"Look at my stripes! They're GRRRRREAT!!!" Zabuza secretly rapes Haku. Haku doesn't like it, but feels that he must let Zabuza do whatever he wants because he is indebted to him. Gaara secretly has a sense of humor. An immature, dirty joke sense of humor. Itachi is a drunkard who smokes a lot, and Kisame is super-annoying. Kabuto just wants to be loved by Orochimaru, and Orochimaru just wants to be loved by... Temari.

Maybe in the episode when Yugi has his final battle with Melvin in the Battle City Finals, when Odion (or Rishid. BTW, why did 4kids change his name?) comes in, maybe have something hilarious suggestive that he loves Marik in a yaoi-fashion.
As for the Waking the Dragons Arc, how funny would it be having Dartz with Takahata101 voicing him. Dartz: "Let's DOOOOOO!" Yami Yugi: "What!?" Dartz: "I said 'DO!' Douchebag!" Yami Yugi: "I suppose you mean to say 'Duel'" Dartz: "DOOOOO!" Yami Yugi: "I'll just give him the benefit of the doubt..."
