we haven't taken a full inventory of what all was lost because we need to wait for the insurance adjusters (since we rented out the apartment above the wood shop, it counts as a rental and a homeowners claim) to investigate it and make sure we didn't light it ourselves (because we'd totally destroy most of my grandfather's tools and Lord knows what else)
