This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout 'Save us!'... and Gon's Balls will whisper 'First... comes... rock!' Hah! Made you stare at Naruto's Marshmallow! Pushing the logo off-center to drive TheOcean insane.

alot of songs on my Ipod are anime songs. Mostly old ones though like J from Jungle De Ikou, Reincarnation from tekkaman blade II, Through the Night and Tsuki No Ie from Outlaw Star, alot of Megumi Hayashibara (my favorite Jpop singer. she did alot of songs for Slayers, Saber Marionette J, All Purpose Cultural Catgirl Nuku-Nuku and some others) and who could forget Dragon Half's Ending song My Omelet XD
My favorite J pop songs are The Wind Rides on Wings, the wings ride on wind which is the opening and closing theme for the anime Maps, and my Heroic Legend of Arslan tracks.
I know I'm strange, but I find them to be fun. :D

Idk what it is about anime music either but it's just so catchy even if you can't sing along to it well. That would probably be why most of my music is J-rock and J-pop.

I saw Dir En Grey Last year. They where opening for Mudvayne I think. Can't remember though cause we just stayed for Dir En Grey then left. Man those guys can move.

I really like Megumi Hayashibara. She did alot of opening themes and endings in the ninties and came back to play Lina Inverse in slayers and do the opening and endings for those.

I tend to find Anime music better than all that 'Classic 80's' and Sean Kingston crap floating around. They always sound so catchy.

Image songs from anime count don't they? I like a couple of those- "Yuki, Muon Madobe Nite Nagato" is one. It's not my favourite genre of music though.

I like J-Rock and J-metal, i.e.:

Ellegarden
Boom Boom Satellites (that one's electronica...)
Abingdon Boys School
Nothing's Carved in Stone
Demetori
