After years of practice! ( Bakura Impression)
After years of pra... well, after weeks of practice I have finally perfected my Yami Bakura impression.
It took me a while to figure out how to get the tone right, but on the plus side we have the same accent, so after that it was smooth sailing. I did it by at first making my voice hoarse and then later on slightly gruffer. I also kept my words clipped and precise. I noticed that Bakura also sounds gruffer and breathier at the end of sentences, turning "s" into "z". Example: All of your cards belong to uzzh. At this point they sound fairly similar, although my version is slightly deeper than LK's version. It sounds like Yami Bakura when he first appears in season one. I believe this is fairly natural, as a small part of your voice always seems to affect any impression you're doing. I posted this to: (1) Gloat. (2) Give some helpful advice to anyone wanting to try this themselves. Last edited by Peacemoon; 08-06-2014 at 09:10 AM. |

Actually, I was thinking of doing Dark Yuugi next as the voices share some similarities.
