It's up to him. It used to be one episode per week, but he doesn't have a fixed schedule. Sometimes he's busier and he would take longer to make them. But they'll always come anyhow.

To add to what HeavyDDR said, Kemo is supposed to be a spy Pegasus sent to KaibaCorp in the manga, so he has always worked in KC.

in the episode where kaiba and yugi are fighting at pegasus's castle, joey yells out "get up on the hydras back Yug!" is that a reference to kingdom hearts II when Sora fights the Hydra, or something completely different.

You should probably wait for someone else to confirm this, but almost certainly: yes.

LK has made many other Kingdom [s]of[/s] Hearts references and this seems to be one too.

What in the bloody name of Toon World has any of this got to do with you? If we like to answer questions for LK, then we answer them! LK has never officially said that he isn't going to look into these questions anymore, and most of these questions can be answered by us.
