Inis Mona is a wonderful song.
I'm not sure what else to recommend, though. You might like some of Rhapsody's music - A New Saga Begins and The Village of Dwarves both stand out, with the former being one of my favorite songs of theirs.
The vocals aren't nearly as harsh as Eluveitie's, though.
